The bit on the right corresponds to the buckle, which you can even choose not to include! The second rectangle down (in the middle of the horizontal 3) is the front of the buckle, the top and bottom correspond normally. The long bit on the right is the actual belt. This map is UPSIDE DOWN. This means the bottom is the top of the front part of the belt, and up the very top it wraps around to become the top lip of the belt.
