Layerable Frilly Socks Layerable socks/stockings with frills at the thigh, knee, calf and ankle. Developers, use opacity to make these whatever length you like and remove any frill you do not wish to use. Best worn with skirts or skintight bottoms. Please note that these stockings will go over the top of skintight pants. This product is derivable! See instructions below.
