This is HUGE - however you can mini it. I tried it in room and minimum size is about size of a trunk. I shrunk it set it on floor in corner of living rm and put a plant in 1 of the open drawers. Another idea is put some add'l poses in it for group pics with friends. Its certainly a fun item to have and definitely a conversation piece. The music works great, sounds just like a music box and the sound quality is very good. There are 7 spots 3 are ballet dancing actions. Remember now - if u shrink the box the avi standing on it shrinks also. The box is covered with pretty floral print while the inside is creamy beige silk. Drawer pulls/rotating disc/hinges/and lock are gold. The lid stays open and shows a pic of beautiful ballerina framed in gold. Thanks to snk for the actions and music. Enjoy!
