This is an eye enhancement was made to fit the Thea head by Kloudust. It may or may not work with other heads so try it on first. Some other eye enhancements such as makeups or lashes may also conflict with the enhancement so try removing those if you do not see the effect.

This product uses the IMVU eyemap as a base. This item moves with the heads and not the eyes, so it is more suitable for eye light reflections rather than as an eye substitute.
You can also use this mesh to make stationary, non-animated eye shines. by turning off the animation for each texture like so:
