You can enter several buildings and add furniture almost anywhere!
This is a record breaking room, it is a huge and complex mesh with ~6800 furniture nodes and ~330 avatar spots! It took me more than 2 months to build plus converting it into this summer season in 2 more weeks. It's about 3 times bigger than my previous city, the Giga City 1, and the overall room area is more than 5 times bigger.

Driving guide
Place the car (or anything) onto the furniture nodes indicated with 3 yellow triangles on the street (shown below). If it doesn't work, then delete the item and add it again.
