"Tattered" is an understatement in this poor creature's case. Its wings are ripped to shreds, barely hanging onto the bones, and whatever it was fighting with seems to have gotten a good hold of this dragon's neck before escaping. Blood runs out of its eyes and out of several other cuts on its body.
