Developers this is an easy to make ring that uses opacity for the gem and has a inbuilt particle sparkle.

I recommend leaving the particle is it is, not much can be changed when they are so small, if you want to disable it in the Debug2 tab in the client change the InitiallyEnabled setting from  true to false. The particle used is 20 pixel brush on a 512x512 image base. The ring is on the right hand middle finger, you can change it to the left hand by going to the config tab in the client and changing the attachment node to lfFingerMiddle01, other fingers may or may not work.
