It has a driving node included. Note the position of the steep hill, (red arrow), as well as the position of the avatar. (red circle) the green node is where you place the vehicle.
When placing a vehicle (or something) on it, MAKE SURE YOU FIND THE RIGHT SPOT (see the image below), DO NOT USE CTRL TO SLIDE THE ITEM!
