Layerable eye highlight. Self-illuminated so it glows in the dark. Under eye shading added as well. May not work with all heads or expressions, including those locked into some still avatars (e.g. "squinty faced avatars").

This version is derivable so Creators can make their own versions. In this mesh, there are three different mesh positions to choose from if the eyeshine is too far out or is inside the eye of the head you wish to use.
