Veterinary Barn
This add-on barn fits into any room as a piece of furniture (see image for standard scale compared to an avatar). It does not come with any posing spots, so you can place your own spots and furniture to complete the setup as you like.
The barn has a tiled ceramic floor, interior ceilings and intermediate level, facilitating easy cleaning. The wooden walls are thoroughly waterproofed. The barn has been made to be furnished with medical equipment for farm animals like pigs, horses, ponies, donkeys, cats, dogs, chicken, rabbits, or any other farm animal you can think of, but may lend itself for other creative uses which I'm sure you can find ;)
