This is a silver barbell tongue piercing for male avi's with an emerald ball ends and should work with most female head shapes but will not be visible unless the avi... is either sticking out her tongue or has her mouth open. If head on your avi will not stick out its tongue... or doesnt have a tongue, this product will still show when your avi laughs , is suprised , yawns, or says OMG..or other poses where it might stick out its tongue.
