This product is a silver barbell tongue piercing for female avi's with an sapphire ball ends and should work with most female head shapes but will not be visible unless the avi... is either sticking out her tongue or has her mouth open. If head on your avi will not stick out its tongue... or doesnt have a tongue, this product will still show when your avi laughs (LOL), is suprised (Shocked avatar move), yawns, or says OMG..or other poses where it might stick out its tongue.
