This item allows you to wear skintight pants and stockings underneath.
This will ONLY layer properly with skin tight items with the default IMVU bodyshape. Other shaped bodies may poke through.

Knee-hi boots will have clipping on the sides and back, but still look awesome in front for pictures. Will not work with the Layerable corsets found in my catalog.
