I wanted to make a mesh where everything flared out with upturned edges instead of downturned edges. Made me think of blooming flowers, thus the name of the mesh :) This is a mesh in solid blue, the other texture pictured.

Due to the extreme shape of the skirt it won't work well with most sitting poses. Clipping occurs at some joints in some poses, mostly top of the thighs. This happens with any layered clothing and the best way to deal with it if it bothers you is to make sure the under layer matched the top in the problem areas. Making the shorts invisible and turning off skin composite for that layer is also a good idea if you're using the full length of the skirt.
