I decided to create a home the way I wanted it. Neutral tones were used on the interior, making it easy to add furniture and items of any color. You can add wall hangings on any wall, with the exception of the interior window wall and roof. I didn't add any standing points as you can add your own from your penthouse inventory, thus making it easier to place furniture. The furniture, night scene enhancer and tree's are not included.
