Team Mystic Frill Top
Very feminine to some, the frill top is seen as one of the nicest tops to own; although, not as a Pokemon trainer, sadly. This frill top comes in Team Mystic version, and it comes highly sought. The frills are white, and the belt are dark grey. The base top is black, and the sleeves has white and blue stripes. On the upper left chest, there is an abnormal Team Mystic logo in blue and white.
