The third golden age of England, a world powered by steam and cogs.

These crystal clusters were created by Doctor David Black under commission (some say at the point of a gun)
of The Torchwood Institute as a power source. Blake is said to have enlisted the help
of his old friend, Artemus Gordon, to complete this project.
(Artemus is also said to been instrumental in the development of the Torchwood Sky Ship as well).
