Large covered deck out back as well as a good sized back yard pool and hot tub area. Lots of details inside. Plug ins and light switches. Actual wainscot. Chair rail. Nice crown molding. 2 fireplace walls. Air conditioning. Easy to derive - straight forward. ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ All seasons means that you can make this any season - or weather. There are 2 skies here - the inner sky is suitable for a sky texture - 360'. The outer sky is suitable for twinkly stars - which I've left in for those who would like to use them for this derivable room. 2 Flat planes hang from the eaves all the way around the cottage - 1 for [Christmas] lights and the other for icicles or dripping water - whatever you'd like to add. As well there are weather panels here that you can add snow or rain. There are plenty of nodes in here so you can place furniture as you please. Thanks for your interest in my derivable products. There are 105 textures required to develop this product. Some of the textures are already added to make texturing easier. Many of the textures can be just a solid tile to make deriving easier and lighter. Anything you dont want to use, please black it out and turn off the blending and animation functions for that texture by unchecking that particular function. [Black it out = black tile on both the asset and the opacity for the texture.] Please keep your textures small to enable the client to run most efficiently.
