This is a neo-victorian Steam Punk Outfit: It has a cropped navy blue bolero jacket with chiffon trim, and a panel of gears and cogs on your back. Underneath is a green and cream striped bodice. The skirt has striped trim and a bustle. On your one hip is a industrial mechanical component with a blue lit screen. On the other is a pocket watch and chain, and some other sort of machinery attached to it. Very pre-industrial futuristic! This is a very detailed ensemble, great for goths, victorians, punks, and of course, Steam Punks!
