Check which Debug shows the ScaleAbsolute. (X, Y or Z)
Here is what it looks like in Debug01.

And here is what it looks like in Debug02.
(Scroll down till you see it in BodyPart10.)

Once you find it, click one of the ScaleAbsolute. (X,Y or Z)
Click 'Edit' or 'Override' at the bottom of your Debug tab.

Change the numbers to desired height. (1.00 is 100%.) Apply changes. That is all!
