Dimbleby has done it again!
The famous (and some say quite mad) 19th century Victorian Scientist/Inventor, Dr. Tobias Horatio Dimbleby, was quite stressed that snow storms would close the city of London to him. Behold his answer, the Dimbleby Steam Ski Machine!
He discovered it worked quite well to keep warm also. All he had to do was stand next to the hot boiler.
