You can grab a picture off of Pixabay, resize it to 256x128 or 512x256 and then add it to this frame. The frame will stretch the picture back to the right proportions again.
PixaBay has hundreds of thousands of copyright free art that is ok to use for commercial use!
Common picture size there is 960x768, save the image, open it, resize to 512x256, tweak it anyway you want, no need to crop, save and then add to this frame.
