This is a soft top hat like you find at a costume shop made of velveteen. A great hat for St. Patrick's Day with a green velvet color and a black strap with a gold buckle. May not work with all hair styles so please try before you buy. This is also derivable for all those out there that want to make their own versions. Really easy to derive from. Just uses simple textures that map easily to the different parts.

M00 - Buckle
M01 - Strap (the seam is at the very back)
M02 - Brim of hat
M03 - Top part of hat
