T3 SatinBound Miami Mod Home
This is the third room in my new SatinBound series, the SatinBound Miami Modern Home. This line is defined by deep, gunmetal grays, silvers, and black colors. As opposed to my LeatherBound line, this line features rich satin textures yet still retains the dark feel of the LeatherBound line. This room is a sprawling, split-level design with combines elements of a single-story design with that of a multi-story design. You may find this home easier to decorate than multi-story homes. The home features an open, airy sunroom, kitchen, dining area, bedroom which overlooks the living room, and a large indoor pool with a fountain. The deck in front of the home features a spa which is perfect for relaxing with friends during the early evening or early dawn hours. If a dark, luxurious home suits your desire, then this should please you. I hope you enjoy it!

I have upgraded the textures of the ground on this product. Everything else is the same as shown in the photos. The grass is now darker and more uniform in texture. These are newer textures and I think they compliment this home very well. If you already have this home, you can update it by clearing your IMVU cache or just waiting 3-4 days for the system to do it automatically. Here are photos of how it looks now:
