From the inventive mind of 19th century scientist/inventor Dr. Tobias Horatio Dimbleby. This prototype was way ahead of its time, but never went mainstream. Many people could not keep the transportation device upright and there was no place to store the extra coal needed to fuel the steam boiler. Once the initial coal supply was depleted, you ran out of steam (literally!) and you were stranded.
