Nero Coat 1A (Red Version):

A deadly, leathery coat designed with multiple blades. The coats end is tipped with 7 double-edge blades making the coat into a huge fan-like weapon. The sleeves are replaced by 2 pairs of mechanical short swords that moves accordingly with the arms movement, giving the wearer a claw-like weapon.

Note: the blades are flat & 2D, NOT 3D
