Introducing! The Elfin Cottage Section series: a modular and expandable set of architectural furniture pieces that allow you to make the sweet cottage spot of your dreams. Built especially for the Land of Whyst, these houses snap perfectly and exactly into the Whyst furniture nodes. Elfin folk, Whystics and Furries especially love to live in these cosy houses which to some extent resemble the tunnels of hobbits, and look great surrounded by the gardens of Whyst.

This piece is another basic and important part of your cottage building set! It caps off the end of your building with a funky wonky door. Look in Whystler's ful list of products in the catalogue for other pieces, such as the straight piece, the corner piece, the window-end piece, and more to come.

Newsflash: These cottages aren't just pretty faces. Currently they are only outside shells, but each cottage section will eventually have a matching inside section that you can also buy. When the inside products are arranged in the same configuration as your outside products and placed in a black furniture room (which will also be available), you will be able to take your friends inside your cottage, and put furniture in it too! Watch Whystler's products over the next few days for the inside versions of each section.

These cottages are built for comfort and rustic style, and they're derivable! So you can paint your own set of cottage pieces to reflect your individuality, and maybe make a few credits along the way.

So, what are you waiting for? Start building Whyst!

DEVELOPERS

You are hereby licensed to derive from this product if you agree to adhere to the following rules:

1. I would appreciate it if you did not derive from products derived from this, but rather please derive your products from this page. I'm interested in giving license to 2D artists who would like to use this mesh for their own designs. I do not ethically believe in pyramid schemes or middle men. Don't get greedy, get creative and then everyone can benefit from our art for a reasonable price. Deriving from this page also let's me see which products I have given license to use this mesh. As a courtesy to those trying to adhere to this rule, please do not make your derived products derivable.

2. Items derived from this mesh should not contravene the laws of Canada, or the province of Ontario.

3. It is my own personal wish that items derived from this product do not promote hate towards any group of people.

4. Any textures used for this root product, except for the texture templates offered below, are under copyright may not be used in any product, including those derived from this root product, without express written permission from T. Shawn Johnson.

Thank you for your interest in deriving from my art! I hope you have as wonderful an experience as I have developing in IMVU.

Remember: do not set your items derivable. If you have set your item derivable, and cannot change it back to non-derivable, you may be asked to remove it from the catalogue

Texture notes:

-For the wall, use a 128x256 pixel texture
-For the roof, use a square texture, such as 256x256 pixels or 128x128 pixels
-For the foundation, use a 32x128 pixel or a 64x256 pixel texture
-For the window end, use this texture as a template:

This texture, which is for the window end, is also useful for plotting out your door to make sure it doesn't overlap the thatch awning.
