This cedar lined chest has a remarkable starburst pattern marquetry in cherrywood and burl. It is very sophisticated Art Deco period "waterfall" furniture dating from the late 1930's.
Inside is a tray that automatically lifts when opened. There is a push- button latch. Bronze moldings made this trunk "airtight" for the "moth insurance policy" inside.
Made by"Dillingham of Sheboygan, Wis," this vintage furniture is in exceptional condition inside and out. Size is 47" long, 19" deep and 23" tall. Priced: $595.00
