This is one of Kloudust's newer style heads, default IMVU eyebrows will not work with their newer heads. All eyebrows that will work with this head und KD's newer heads can be found Here. The eyebrows that you currently see on the head (if any) will disappear upon trying one of the eyebrows from the link provided.
