The Golden Bosk are rare on only owned by Highest caste as a symbol of Royal status. The bosk is an ill-tempered, shaggy, long-haired, long-horned ruminant, similar to the wild ox of earth. They are primarily found on the plains of , but farmers and peasants raise them domestically, It has a thick humped, neck, wide head, two small red eyes and long, wicked horns that curve forward into fearful points. According to the Wagon People, there are fifteen varieties of bosk, one of these is the brown bosk. The Initiates use the white bosk, oiled, groomed and beaded, as a sacrificial beast for their rituals. The bosk is used for meat and milk. Their hides are made into leather for clothing, weapons and the covering for wooden wagon wheels as well as braided into ropes. The bones and horns are made into awls, punches, spoons, drinking flagons and weapon tips. Their hooves are used for glue and their dried dung for fuel.
