Made for my Modern Asiatic Penthouse Apartment. Derived from that penthouse that IMVU used to newbies, and not as expensive. lots of rich Asian inspired textures, with a modern twist. it's a mishmash of Japanese, Chinese, and modern. this took me a very long time to texture until I was completely happy, since some of the textures loaded at a funny angle and I had to edit them to get them to look right after making them the first time. I pretty much made this for myself but I'm not selfish so it's available for you at 1k under the original price of the source mesh. Please leave a review, I worked a very long time on it.
