This ever grinning feline mug is based on Alice in Wonderland's own Cheshire Cat, who's unabated mercurial grin is the constant joy and bane of the mad residents of Wonderland. PLEASE NOTE: This item will only correctly fit the Male Avie Torso and Skin. The Eyes are set by IMVU Eye Texture and the Skin is set by IMVU skins. The Mangy Cat Head does NOT remove your hair! You'll need a Bald Haircut (This is my SUPER Cheap one here: Cheap Bald Head for Men ). It won't work correctly with most hairstyles and headgear, but won't prevent you from trying them. In all cases, please use TRY IT before you BUY IT! There will be NO REFUNDS if it doesn't work with your existing outfit or body type.

The only thing you can edit on this is Whiskers and Sound Effects. Prefer white whiskers? Purple whiskers? Rainbow animated flashing whiskers?? Make your own version, and even sell it the catalog for a small markup over my original, and keep the extra profits for yourself! You can express yourself AND earn credits at the same time. This is the Texture map used for the Whiskers. Use this to make simple changes, like color:

This is the Opacity layer for the Whiskers. You'll need this if you wish to redefine the shape or thickness of the whiskers. An Opacity image is like a Black and White silhouette, which tells the computer which parts of the image should be visible, and which should not. Basically, the darker the image becomes, the less of the model is visible. You can use gray to make things glass-like, but due to errors in IMVU's handing of transparency, you might see other strange graphic glitches. It's best to stick to solid white and black. The Texture and Opacity maps are repeated MANY times on the sheets that make up the cat's whiskers, so plan on your pattern repeating ALOT! Also make sure your Opacity and Texture maps match each other's layout, or weird graphical problems will arise:

This is the Wireframe Template of the Whiskers. This shows you exactly how the Texture map adheres to the structure of the model. You'll need this if you want to create a completely new Texture map and Opacity layer from scratch. Any new image you make will tile many times to the right and left. The faint blue line and the bright red arrows show you actual texture map area. Don't use this image in the creation of your new Texture map and Opacity layer, this is only for reference:

To add sound, I highly recommend you download and use Audacity. It's a free sound editing tool that can export out OGG sound files. OGG sound files compress down to less then 1/10th the file size of WAV files. SO USE OGG FILES!!! You can download it here:
