Derivable! Elf ear piercings made to go with LittleCricket's Wyrm elf ears (link is to Anyskin, but will also work on derives from the regular Wyrm ears, too) These WILL NOT move with the animations on the ears if they are triggered! But they look fine while the ears are still.

This set includes an upper cuff, an industrial piercing, two large hoops, two small hoops, three studs and a hanging piece with a large plane for opacity mapped objects. You can use opacity to remove parts, textures are just simple squares.
