However, with the therapeutic massage, it is a bit more intense than a DEEP TISSUE or a SPORTS MASSAGE and may also help long term or chronic problems. Essentially, the Therapeutic Massage uses more pressure and more friction to rid the body of knots which are known in the real life massage profession as adhesions.
