The Deep Tissue Massage is aimed at the deep tissue structure of the muscles and fascia (the connective tissue located below the skin that wraps and connects the muscles, bones, nerves and blood vessels). The Deep Tissue Massage is a bit more uncomfortable than a Swedish Massage and uses the same movements and techniques as a Swedish Massage which is described in Massage 1: Swedish Massage Table product information.
