Repossession Sale due to previous owners disappearance.

Okay. I am going to be honest with you all. The previous owners were a charming couple,
I sold them the house myself.
They were young business sorts, looking for a luxury mansion
to call home.
This House was state of the art, Auto sensing doors, huge patio windows that opened on voice command,
space to walk around the property. They even loved how easy it was to walk upstairs.

They moved in and started stripping the house for some renovations.
I even popped in while I was in the neighbourhood from time to time,
as I liked them so much.

The last time was different.
Looking back I should have trusted my gut instinct and called for help.
They were acting odd. Very odd.

I got the distinct impression all was not well. I noticed the landscape was in a state of neglect.
The couple both seemed lifeless and very pasty looking.
 They had a dead look in their eyes. Didn't seem to recognise me.

The were very eager to get me into the house. I felt very uneasy, made up an excuse and left quickly.

I guess my gut instinct was correct after all.

Eventually the bank repossessed the house as payments had stopped, which was out of character for this couple.,
with no word from them or from their attorneys.

The house was passed back to my firm to be resold.

It could be made into the home it once was with some work.

I'm afraid that is all the photographs we have on this property, our photographer didn't appear enter the property itself.
He never returned from this job.
his camera was recovered from the rear of the house.

We are very concerned as to his, and the previous owners whereabouts .
 

We need your help. Investigations have led the police in circles. They have all but given up.
No-one knows what truly happened to the young couple and our photographer.

The police passed over the file to see if we could shed some light on anything.

Various items have been recovered from the scene, some may or may not be key in the investigation.

1. Camera
2. Bloodied Note
3. Cell Phone belonging to the photographer, cracked screen.
4. bloodied baseball bat, prints match the male owner, blood matches the female owner.
5. Shotgun shells and weapon, prints match female owner.
6. Blood samples matching a murder from 5 years ago. murder occurred within 5 miles of the property.
7. Can of gasoline and an unlit match.
8. Glass with lipstick. Unknown match. 5 different blood samples from with the glass, no matches.
8. Half eaten sandwich. Fresh. Unidentified meat.
9. Various blood pools from at least 5 unknown victims as well as the couple and the photographer.

No bodies were recovered from the scene.

I would now officially recommend this house be condemned.
Until such a time as this is granted, It will remain on the market.
