The Back Disc
(This version is for Male avies ONLY! Female version sold separately)

Ok, so this is *CLEARLY* modeled after Tron. There's a few changes here and there, but yah, it's the Tron back disk. If you need it, you're probably making a Tron outfit. I could have sold oodles more of these if I had made this 2 years ago, but if you're a fan of the movies, I doubt you'll mind. So, happy Tron-ing!

Commands:
"DiscOneHandThrow" - for an upperbody throw
"DiscThrow" - for just an arm throw (for use well sitting)
"HoldDisc" - to hold the disc
"StowDisc" - to put the disc away

PLEASE NOTE: This version of the Back Disc is for Male avies ONLY! It won't properly fit a Female avie due to the use of differences in gender back structure. Because it fits the body very closely, it won't work well with any other back attachments or thick clothing. It also replaces avie body channel 48. Extremely few items use that body channel, but if they do, they will either remove this item or force this item to removed. Please use "Try It" before then "Buy It", to ensure it works with your wardrobe.

Don't like the white/black look? Wish that disc was pink? Want energy pattern to be blue? And how about some Sound Effects?? Well then, get to work and DERIVE it! Make your own version, and even sell it the catalog for a small markup over my original, and keep the extra profits for yourself! You can express yourself AND earn credits at the same time. How's that for a sweet deal? You'll need a full account on IMVU, as well as a copy of Previewer. You can find out more about Deriving on the IMVU's Education Center. Here are the templates you'll need below:

This is the actual Texture map used on the Back Disc. Use this to make simple changes, like Color. :

This is the Wireframe Template of the Back Disc. This shows you exactly how the Texture map adheres to the structure of the model. You'll need this if you want to create a completely new Texture map from scratch:

This is the Texture map for the Glowing Parts (It's hard to see in the video, but they do actually have detail and color. See the item in-game):

This is the Wireframe for the Glowing Parts. Here you can see how the two sections are divided that contribute to the two glowing areas of the disc (again, you can't see it in the video, but there inner and outer rings have different colors and patterns). The Left is the Inner Ring, and the Right is the Outer Ring. If you change these Rings, make certain to keep your new patterns from overlapping:

To add sound, I highly recommend you download and use Audacity. It's a free sound editing tool that can export out OGG sound files. OGG sound files compress down to less then 1/10th the file size of WAV files. SO USE OGG FILES!!! You can download it here:
http://audacity.sourceforge.net/

Please keep your sound volume levels within acceptable limits. DON'T MAKE YOUR SOUND AS LOUD AS POSSIBLE!!! Loud sounds will annoy other users, and reduce your sales. Also avoid using Looping sounds, as IMVU has no controls to stop Looping sounds once they start playing.
