If you are a creator, derive from it and add your own texture and opacity.

Here is where you add the colour of your eyebrows, eg. pure black if you want black eyebrows :)

Visible parts of the texture would be inside the white parts of the opacity map (this is exemplary opacity map.)

Additional tips:
1. Both texture and opacity map size is 256x64 pixels or proportionally smaller, eg. 128x32
2. The smaller your texture is, the less KBs you're adding to your product but if you are using very small texture some details may not be visible in create mode (I recommend using 256x64).
