NOTES: And I mean Cheap! Barely over break even, I needed this for a photo, the Coat mesh breaks easily with some clothes and is not two-sided even though I tried. I am only publishing this just incase someone else needs a CHEAP Rain Coat, cause.. its still pretty cute!
