I needed a gothic homestead for my vampire roleplay and couldn't find one I liked in the catalog, so I made one. It took about three weeks to make, hence the price should anyone want to buy this as well. I suggest trying it first to make sure it suits your needs. Although it isn't shown, there is a gate all around the area. The first floor has three big rooms and a staircase. The second floor has a hallway and 5 smaller rooms.
