longer eyelashes
bigger eyes (which you can use eyelashes that you would normally use on the default head)
It also has this white bikini set which is minimum coverage compatible so no more ugly green Clothes.
Finally the feet have been replaced with smaller feet no more HUGE feet.

It should be compatible with everything. Like many custom avatars, it may be unable to do some animations.
