Take this skin, apply your changes, and then Derive the Cartoon Bunny directly, so you can avoid additional Deriving fees.

The Glitches were added by adding a VERY short animation loop in the middle of each animation changed. Most of the Bunny's animations are at least 50 frames long, so just pick a random point in that sequence and add a 3 to 5 frame loop that runs 3 to 5 times. That will create your stutter.
