2 plane object which floats to the left of your avatar's head (the right of it's head when you look at your avatar)
You can use opacities to customise the shape of the bubble and the words. Or you could even turn it into a 2d bird or something floating next to your avatar ;)
Should work for males and females, will appear in your FEMALE ACCESSORIES section.

I used 256x256 sized textures.
