This is the LeatherBound DeVilla Home. It is made to go with my LeatherBound Collection of rooms and furniture. I have intense love of leather and this is my favorite line to develop. This home on the ocean is fully customizable with your own furniture and poses. This resort home has 3 stories, one of which is semi-hidden at ground level. There is a built-in hot tub with enough seating for 8 friends inside the tub, 2 poses in the middle of the tub, and several poses surrounding it. There is enough space for a living room, kitchen, dining room, large bedroom on top level, and small bathroom behind the bedroom. This home has a dark yet open feel surrounded on all sides by deep blue water and the deep blue skies of night. This line is not meant for everyone and neither is this room. It is high quality and fully customizable with your own furnishings or matching furnishings from the LeatherBound line. I hope you like it!!
DEVELOPER NOTES: THIS IS A SPRAWLING MODERN DESIGN AND IT WILL TAKE SOME GETTING USED TO IN REGARDS TO NAVIGATION WITH THE YELLOW DOTS. IT IS A BEAUTIFUL HOME AND I BELIEVE TO BE WELL WORTH THE TIME TAKEN TO LEARN ITS DESIGN. THE EASIEST WAY TO DECORATE MULTI-STORY HOMES, IN MY EXPERIENCE, IS TO FIRST STAND WHERE YOU WISH TO DECORATE AND THEN LOAD THE FURNITURE PIECE. THIS IS BECAUSE FURNITURE LOADS WHEREVER YOU STAND. SUCH A HOME AS THIS DESIGN DOES TAKE TIME AND PATIENCE TO DECORATE. IN MY OWN OPINION, THIS IS BEST MINIMALLY FURNISHED DUE TO THE MANY POSES BUILT IN TO THE HOME.
