This is the LeatherBound Waterfront Villa II. It is made to go with my LeatherBound Collection of rooms and furniture. I have intense love of leather and this is my favorite line to develop. The main level is an open-air level with plenty of sitting spots to view the setting sun. The upper main level features a modern living space with balcony and stairs that lead to a 3rd small living area with balcony. There are 20 poses with this home (I removed the dance spots in an effort to cut down on yellow dots in the home). As the name of the line implies, this room features an abundance of richly textured black and platinum-toned leather spanning from the floor to the ceiling. This line is not meant for everyone and neither is this room. It is high quality and fully customizable with your own furnishings or matching furnishings from the LeatherBound line. DEVELOPER NOTES: THIS IS A SPRAWLING MODERN DESIGN AND IT WILL TAKE SOME GETTING USED TO IN REGARDS TO NAVIGATION WITH THE YELLOW DOTS. IT IS A BEAUTIFUL HOME AND I BELIEVE TO BE WELL WORTH THE TIME TAKEN TO LEARN ITS DESIGN. THE EASIEST WAY TO DECORATE MULTI-STORY HOMES, IN MY EXPERIENCE, IS TO FIRST STAND WHERE YOU WISH TO DECORATE AND THEN LOAD THE FURNITURE PIECE. THIS IS BECAUSE FURNITURE LOADS WHEREVER YOU STAND.
