I was inspired to do this skin by looking at some UV makeup
I saw how it looked and had a major oh em gee moment
the skintone is actually supposed to be as black as night
but i figured i should add high and low-lights anyways.
oh and the UV makeuo isn't that smooth and blended
...
who cares D:
For an added effect i made the tounge and teeth look as if they were in UV
By the way U.T.U.V stands for under the ultraviolet
