NOTE: There are cases where you bought this room and didn't find it or that it doesn't work. Well, see, that's not the problem with the room. You will have to wait it out apparently because it works just fine. I'm sorry if that happens to you tho, the only suggestion I can offer is to log out/wait/ etc :(
