This tall npc is a base for developers. He does not... as other npc furnitures... have a "shrinked" npchead. Here i used a standard avatar head, not as big as the original avatarhead and not as small as the special head for npc's. This means that developers can add random accessory items on this base without having them adjusted to fit npc furniture. Use your fantasy, add your own clothesmesh, hairbase, or make a new opacity for this hairbase, add accessories or .xaf files.
