Thor - Viking God Tee Thor, in old Norse mythology, was the god of war and agriculture, but was also referred to as the god of thunder from the sound made by the wheels of his goat-drawn chariot. His hammer was used as a weapon and returned to his hand after he hurled it (kind of like a boomerang). It was his best weapon against the frost giants. He also had a magic belt which doubled his already enormous strength. Thor frequently came down to earth to befriend mankind. This is for the males.
