T3 Serenity Miami Modern Home
This is the Serenity Miami Home. It is the third home in my newest series called Serenity. It is inspired by the colors of spring, in particular various hues of purple. My desire with this line is to create an airy, peaceful environment with a lighter feel perfect for spring and summer. This home is excellent size for decorating and features an indoor pool, outdoor spa tub, and boat dock. Items can be placed in the water surrounding the boat dock. I hope you like it!

25 Animated Walking Nodes - Avatar will walk, open and walk through doors and climb stairs (In order for your avatar to do this, you must equip the default avatar. If you use a posable avatar, it will not work. You can still use custom heads, etc.)
Please note that the mesh for this home does not have swimming animation in the pool or in the ocean BUT there are furniture nodes. So if you have an animated swimming pose you can put it in the pool or ocean. You can also use floats and rafts. I do not have the ability to put swimming animation in the pool as I did not create the mesh. This is only a recolor.

I have upgraded the textures of the ground on this product. Everything else is the same as shown in the photos. The grass is now darker and more uniform in texture. This is a newer textures and I think it compliments this home very well. If you already have this home, you can update it by clearing your IMVU cache or just waiting 3-4 days for the system to do it automatically. Here are photos of how it looks now:
